Memberi just upgraded to AIM 6.0 and i seem to be having a display problem. My computer meets all the system requirements though, so im not sure what is wrong. i took a screen shot of my main window to show what it looks like. The only thing i did to it was make it so you cant read the screen names.

EDIT: Ah, i forgot to post my hardware information, my mistake.
Processor: Intel Celeron 2.7GHz, 1GB physical ram
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForceMX 4000January 13, 2007 at 6:45 am #156290Jon8RFC
MemberWhere, specifically, is the problem? I’m sorry I can’t pick it out easily; I’m more familiar with the older versions.

MemberWell it should generally look like this…
And as you can see, mine looks nothing like this at all…January 23, 2007 at 9:40 am #156291Jon8RFC
MemberI gotcha now, thanks.
Right-click on my computer and then click on properties. Now click on the Advanced tab and click on the top settings button, the one listed under “performance”. Now put the radio button next to “adjust for best appearance” and click OK through all the windows…you might have to exit AIM and run it again for the change to go into effect.

MemberI have two ideas for fixing this issue. Over the weekend I spent a few hours trying to figure this out…so here’s one thing to try:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/8/a/28a5a346-1be1-4049-b554-3bc5f3174353/WindowsXP-Windows2000-Script56-KB917344-x86-enu.exeDownload and install that, then reboot your computer. Let me know if it’s a fix or not.

MemberI’ve been out of town for the past many weeks and can’t find where my other option was that I thought of.
Do you, or anyone that uses your computer, use WindowBlinds?

thankx Cesar. What version of Windows and Service Pack are you running? I have a few things to try, depending on what your OS is and what OSes I have access to.
