file/pic sharing

I have deleted MSN plus & am using 6.2 but since the change most of my contacts that send me files/pics it gives me FAILED 😡 then a sec later tells me I have received but when I look in recevied folder there is nothing there:confused: However 1 of my contacts sends me files/pics with NO problem…why the inconsistency:confused:

The person who can successfully send files may not have a firewall running. Or if they have, they will have it configured properly.

Is the contact you cannot receive files from running a firewall?
