“Find a Buddy -> By Common Interest” – useless?

Am I right when I say no real people exist on those Lookup Reply Lists? I make a search and get lists with 100 people having more or less the same screen names, and a great deal of them seem to be cybersex loving porn bots? Is it completely impossible to find new buddies using AOL Instant Messenger these days?

Good work on the forums by the way, keep it up! 🙂

Well, you can go to Find a buddy by name and address. Just type in a common name (if your looking for a guy… Nick, John, or sumthing like that) and a few will come up.
