In Microsoft Word, I used to be able to set the margins to 0.3″ and my document printed out fine.
Now, for some reason when I change it to 0.3, when it prints out, it looks like it changes to 0.5 by itself, even though no error messages pop out saying that the margins are outside the limit. And it doesnt even change the margin in MS Word, but it changes when it reaches my printer…weird.
Anyone know what happened, or how I can force my printer to print like it used to?…Thanks.
Mine does that, but when I hit “Print” it asks if “I would like to continue printing even though there is printable materiable outside the printer margins”, I hit yes, and the printer prints it the best it can, it reaches it’s maximum border.
lazyturbo, some printers automatically notify your computer of its maximum margins, and Word edits the document accordingly. There really isn’t anything you can do about it, unless you don’t print the document.
Nevermind, I got it fixed. For some reason the paper size got changed to A4 instead of Letter.
