frequent disconnections of yahoo messenger

My yahoo messenger is saying that “you have been logged in other machine or another system” and disconnecting.
can some body please tell why it is happening?

This happens to me on a regular basis. It could be that someone knows your password and is trying to log on, but I think its a Yahoo glitch myself. A glitch in Yahoo? Surprise, surprise, surprise! *spoken with a Gomer accent* LOL 😀

secadmirer what version of messenger?
also might try clearing temp files and cookies…
cookies especially….
but like marietta said… yahoo glitch…. its one of the weird ones that cant be pinned down.

Hi Nhyrvana I clean my cookies everyday, is it because i am behind fire wall, my messenger version no is 5,5,0,1254.
