So do I still have to uninstall the regular Msn 6.0 in order for this to download and then it will just reinstall MSN again?

Yes you have to uninstal MSN 6.0 for the Windows X Edition to work, and right before finishing the installation, a new dialog will appear to let you choose your favorite new MSN Messenger themes.

You would have to install it OVER a regular version of MSN Messenger (not Window X Edition)
Uninstalling MSN Messenger before you install the skin won’t make it work

I am extremely confused, and I dont know if I sound stupid or what but I am not getting this straight. I uninstalled MSN 6.1. Now what do I do?

If u just want to download a skin like Futuristic, u can install it OVER msn 6.1. However, if u want to use Enhanced MSN Messenger 6.1 – Windows X’s Edition then u have to uninstall MSN 6.1 and install the Enhanced version. So since u already uninstalled MSN 6.1, you can install the enhanced version. I hope that helps and i haven’t confused u anymore.

The last time I downloaded the one from mess.be it didnt work…it installed but it wouldnt let me choose the type of skin I wanted…

Please follow the directions given.

Tell us what your wanting to do. Are you wanting to have Windows X MSN Messenger? Or just the Futuristic MSN Skin?

Then you’ll have to use Windows X … but please note that ‘MSN Messenger – Windows X Edition’ isn’t updated yet to the latest MSN Messenger 6.1.0202 which was released today. You can expect an update of Futuristic MSN for this new version this weekend 😉

Will you post the link on here where I can get Windows X, the only with the polygomy when the new version of it for 6.1 comes out? I just get really confused about just the skin and the whole thing and where to get them so I never knew what I was getting. So could you specify which one you are linking it to? Thanks a bunch

on the link post it says that it works with 6.1 but Rolando said that Windows X hasnt been updated for the full version or 6.10202. So how does that work? Also that last time I downloaded from mess.be I uninstalled my MSN and then downloaded from there for the full version of Windows X with the polygamy and whatnot but it just had the skin with no polygamy and it didnt let me choose a skin either. Does anyone know why this didnt work.
