I downloaded MSN 6.2 from the web-site. But anytime I try to sign into my MSN messenger it brings up both 4.7 and 6.2.. Is there a way to delete the 4.7 . I do not see it in the add /remove programs.

http://www.theeldergeek.com/messenger_removal.htm If you do remove or block it you cannot use remote assistance. I like the Group Policy Editor way if you got xp pro
some systems 98, me ect have add remove components, likely if its not in add/remove programs its in windows components
