I’ll be away from the forums from the 26th to the 30th, and won’t be back untill the 1st of July. I’ll be at the Jersey Shore. =) There is high speed internet in the rooms at the Inn I’ll be staying at… But I’ll be too busy enjoying myself to use the internet. :p
I’m sure that Elisa, Sami, Sarah, Martin, Lucifina, and the rest of BBB will do a fine job getting our newbies to feel welcome and help them about, all that good stuff. 😉
Oh, and Sami, I’ll be on the lookout for JONES soda. I’ll let you know if I snagged some or not! =)

Oh dammit I saw Jersey and there is an island off the coast of UK called Jersey… obviously not the same place.. was ready with my boat to paddle across, with a big UK welcome … but obviously not the same place and I am not fit enough for the atlantic if you don’t mind! So have a good time will hold the fort though … have a great break :0)

Oooh, we got Jones soda here… oddly enough in the middle of the desert, heh! It’s the strawberry kind, yum yum. Best soda ever IMO. 🙂

Jones is good, but give me a Braq’s Root Beer in a glass bottle anytime.:cool:
Anything in a glass bottle is 20 times better than any other way *wink* heheh. I had mt. dew in a glass bottle in LA. Freakin’ blew my mind!
… I’m Back everyone. =) The trip was great, really! Bad weather was headed our way, but we just missed the front, thankfully.
Didn’t do much there though, mostly relaxing and soaking up the sun on the beach, but it’s all good. 😉 …Visited the Amusement Park… Oh, I climbed to the top of this lighthouse and took some pics from up there, ‘was fun. 🙂

Reached and broke flood level records, especially for Binghamton, NY…. And since the main flood area (Binghamton) was so close to where I live, we are under “Boil Water Advisory” untill “Furthur Notice”. Thank God my initial neighborhood didn’t get flooded, and aid and water are being sent to those affected… It was really bizzare actually, because we never -ever- had a flood this bad when I lived here. But my family and I are safe and everyone is on steady rebuild to their normal lives…
I still didn’t find JONES Soda… =( I looked everywhere we went, really I did, But, nothing. I guess I’ll order online sometime? Oh, and Lucifina, Barq’s is #1 rootbeer in my book too. 🙂
I’ll put some pictures up on flikr when I get my camera and CD devoloped if anyone wants a peek… (WHY don’t I have a digital yet!?)
