MemberUnfortunately I can’t use WinAmp at work and am stuck with Windows Media Player. I’ve found a few decent online radio stations to listen to and make the day go by faster. Have any you’d like to add to this list?
- http://www.accuradio.com/ : Many different stations from Brit Rock to Alt Country
- http://www.di.fm/ : A variety of stations centered (for the most part) around Trance and other Electronic genres
- http://www.woxy.com/stream/wma.asx : Great Indie station–based out of Ohio (I think)
- http://www.klassikradio.de/ : Awesome German Classical station–good destresser

EDIT: My boss came and I had to stop writing…I did want to say something about this topic 😀 or did u think I was just posting to go up in BBB ranking:eek:.
My favourite online radio is Spinner you can find it at http://www.spinner.com, looks like it teamed up with netscape…
Back in USA it was a good way to listen to Latin music…I am not a music literate I have to admit, but you got all kinds of music in one.

MemberI like just about any type of music, but to be honest… something repetitous like trance/techno/electronica helps me focus more while I’m working.

KeymasterI checked out the Trance channels. Pretty good stuff for chillin out.
Another good source, if you are an AOL subscriber with broadband access is the new AOL Optimized music channels. They have a pretty good selection, although it tends to lean more towards the mainstream. The quality is top-notch.
Now I’m off the check out AccuRadio.

ParticipantI havent found any good online radio stations that I would say fit my fancy, but I do like to listen to favorite radio stations online tho. Most of them have a live feed on their websites. If they arnt playing any good music, I go to mp3.com or search MSN for free music.
heh… also, one of the advertisments displayed this:

If you like Chill out music you really should come to Ibiza. There are some bars right on the beach famous for it, like Cafe del Mar. Cafe del Mar CD’s are some of the most famous in the world for Chill Out…
There are some others like Sa Trincha in Salinas…, and there is a new restaurant by Pacha in Sa Punta…
I know this does not make much sense to you right now…but believe me it is really good, you can just sit and watch the red mediterranean sunset with a mojito (or whatever you fancy) and listening to the best music…
Ok I have to stop writing or I will just quit phD and go back home…
