Whats a good program like WindowBlinds for Windows 98 (Pathetic I Know) because window blinds doesn’t work for 98.
if theres one out there, let me know!
i woudn’t imagine 98 to have a skinning program with all the shells n stuff.

talisman http://www.lighttek.com/talisman.htm ($25, 30 day trial)may allow you to do what you want, but the windowsblind’s site says that it is compatiable with 98. http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/
WindowBlinds after you download it it says that ” you have to buy the product first if your on 98″ 2K and XP get it free. :confused:
