Keymaster“Google Page Creator is a free online tool that makes it easy for anyone to create and publish useful, attractive web pages in just minutes.”
Looks like Google just never stops coming out with new things to add to their services. Sure seems more user friendly than Yahoo Geocities.
It looks great, nothing fancy, but for somebody that wants a quick little website, it gets the job done.

KeymasterIn case you are trying to get into google’s page creator, it turns out the story was on digg.com and now too many people have signed up for page creator.
Google wrote:Thank you for your interest in Google Page Creator! Google Page Creator has experienced extremely strong demand, and, as a result, we have temporarily limited the number of new signups as we increase capacity. In the meantime, please submit your email address and we will notify you as soon as we are ready to add new accounts. Thank you for your patience.I’m sure glad I got into the service in time. hehe.

They don’t have ads now, and they won’t have ads 10 years from now. Google has rarely done ads, and only on high-traffic points / points where they would make the most money.March 25, 2006 at 5:49 am #138790Tigerblade
Participanti’ll stick with my trusty notepad, thanks.

ParticipantWould I use this to make my own site I currently run? No. However, I wouldn’t use Yahoo!’s thing ever. I like what Google has done, and it’s faily simple and easy to use. They really have done it right!
