Green image on webcam

My friends webcam was installed fine but the image that is displayed by the camera is solid green?! I’ve had a try changing the settings and such…but it doesn’t seem to work?

Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

check your drivers, what messenger service were you trying to use

May sound stupid, but check your connection, make sure it’s solid and snug in the USB socket.

Well like I said…it’s my friends webcam and her dad visited yesterday and sorted it…I don’t know how because I wasn’t there! Thanks for the help anyway…
