OK so i hate this guy and i have him on ignore, right? well everytime i log off and i get back on, he ims me. its like, wtf, he’s supposed to be on iggy. and he uses the same id to im me. how does he do this? and how do i stop him?

Your Ignore list might be full, i think the cap is 99, not sure though.
You can click ignore, but it will only ignore for that session, try cleaning out your ignore list. Then ignoring the user, also Messenger would display a prompt if the user is still on your buddy list.
