I play bass mostly although I started playing guitar first. I have a Yamaha 12 string acoustic/electric I mess around on.
I play bass every weekend in our worship team at church for our 2 services. I sent a demo to a Christian rock band a few weeks ago and they’re calling me down for an audition. Here are my basses:

I play electric guitar. Its a Les Paul Rockwood by Hohner, i’ve had difficulty finding a picture, because they no longer make these guitars. For the most similar one I could find, however, follow the link below.

I’ve only been playing about 5 months, have to say, I think Smoke On The Water is a great song, good to play. There’s also Run To The Hills (Iron Maiden), and several RHCP songs, including Californication and Under The Bridge (Took me a while to learn that one…).
