Ok I have AIM 6.9 and I tried to use Gus Verdun’s RX plugin(for the idle lock) and for some reason it won’t work. When I start up aim the register thing doesnt work and when i hit the hotkey it doesnt work either.
Yes, my RX Plugin works with AIM 6.9. I am not aware of any activation problems at this time. The plugin will not work until it is registered. The registration process provides feedback.
Can you tell me what messages you are seeing when it fails?

I don’t get any message. I register as a guest(and I tried it with an account before too). Then I exit aim completely, and I install it. After that, I load up AIM and I don’t get anything. I don’t get any message to activate it or anything. I have tried restarting, and it still doesn’t work. Do I go somewhere else to register, or what?
Summary: Nothing happens when I start AIM. It just starts like it normally does.
Make sure the plugin is enabled in the AIM plugin manager. Click on the “manager” link at the bottom of the buddy list to open it. Make sure the check box to the left of the plugin’s name is checked.
Use the Wimzi on my website to IM me from if you continue to have problems.
Gus What?! or IM me at gusblog.
Thanks,
Gus
