Had to restore my computer, now WLM doesnt work.

Well the other day my hardrive became corrupt and I had to restore my computer back to factory settings. As you do when this happens is get all your programs back again. I came to download windows live messanger and run it. When I tried to open msn this error appeared.

This came up everytime I clicked the icon on the desktop. It didn’t even come up with the sign in part. So I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling Windows live messanger but this did not work. So I tried installing MSN 7.5 instead and the same error came up. Ive been browsing this section of the forum and have tried a few things to sort the problem but so far none have been effective.

Any help will be appreciated.

It doesnt let me copy and paste whats included in the error report and its way to much to type out. Is there any other way?
