Ok,.. has anyone else been having yahoo problems?
I go to log in,. i cant,. almost like my account is locked,. but its not. Then i log into yahoo thru trillian,. and it logs in,. but says all my yahoo contacts are deleted. Finally,. it logs me into yaoo msgr,…and I cant use my web cam,. says server is busy.The display pics are messed up,. not showing.
The only worry ,. is that i have had some problems with someone,…
booting me,…sending fake pm’s,… and somehow,. i caught 4 trojans,. that i removed. My system says it is clean now,. although i am still worried. Anyway,. i hope this isnt just a problem with me,. but that its yahoo ,. and will be fixed soon.I think it’s just you. I’m signed into Yahoo right now and it’s working fine — all my contacts are there, etc.
That’s not to say that Yahoo isn’t having a problem, but it’s not universal.
oh,… great.LOL,… not that i want anyone to have problems,… but i wish i knew what to do.
thanks for your inputIf you are seriously having problems with someone i would suggest you change your preferences to “Ignore anyone who is not on my Messenger list.” That would stop the random IM’s and it might help stop some forms of booting, not all. My messenger is working normally as usual, so yeah it is yours that has the problems. Since you have caught trojans, try running your anti-virus program on a daily bases along with any other protecting programs you have. Hope that helps somewhat.
Ok, hatedjealousy,…… ty so much. Im gonna run a few programs and see what i find.Yeah,. i have changed my prefrences to that,. but you know what is even more weird,.., some that i had on ignore,.. pop off of ignore,. all by themselves !!! LOL,. i feel like my puter is possessed ,… eeeeeeeek

No problem, glad i can help some. You might also want to try changing your password oftenly to ensure that it doesn’t get stolen and that no one is using it other than you.Also on a sidenote, I think ALL computers are secretly possessed. 😉 They know exactly when to mess up…..When you need them most!

Earlier today I had a problem with Yahoo. I was online and tried my webcam and said servers were “busy”. Then it booted me off and I couldnt get back on for a good 1/2 hour. This was around 1 pm. So, I think it was something on Yahoo side and not your side. But who knows really, it happens.
