Yanno?…you don’t have to be “German” to make da best Stroganoff ever tasted…hehe This is my familys all time fav and I made it last night for my son’s girlfriend who is here visiting for a few days. Hope you all enjoy 😉
2lbs Beef tenderlion cut and cubed
1 1/2lbs Lean ground beef
1lb Bacon cut up
2 Cups Beef broth
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 large onion chopped
8oz Mushrooms sliced
1 package of instant cream of chicken soup
3 T flour
1 Cup sourcream
1 cup heavy cream
Lawery’s season salt
Maggi seasoning
First fry up bacon pieces in a deep frying pan until crispy…take out and place aside. add beef tenderlion to bacon fat and brown. {making sure not to over cook}. Take out of pan and set aside. Add hamburger, chopped onions, garlic…cook until brown. Add mushrooms and the other meats back into the pan. Add beef broth to mixture making sure you save about 1/2 cup for the flour. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Shake flour and remaining beef broth together…add to mixture along with cream of instant chicken soup. Stir well…add the sour cream and heavy cream. Season with Lawery’s season salt and drops of maggi seasoning until the desired taste.
Serve over noodles or rice…
Enjoyyyyyyy:p
