2.) Please do not use capitals. Capitalization is resevered traditionally for yelling on the Internet. I see no need to be angry with us.
3.) I strongly suggest you use a spellchecker.
4.) Breath. BREATH. Don’t forget to breath.
Perhaps try re-posting in the correct forum – we’re not going to be going around guessing who your IM client is.

Did you ever realize for one second that it could as well have been that your e-mail was already written with anger, and contained aggresive words (which could, of course, only ask for a rude reply)?
