I just installed some new ram.. and now Windows won’t boot. 😮
I tried starting in safe mode with command prompt and this came up.
Multi(0)Disk(0)RDisk(0)Partition(1)/Windows/System32/ntoskrnl.exe
Multi(0)Disk(0)RDisk(0)Partition(1)/Windows/System32/hal.dll
Multi(0)Disk(0)RDisk(0)Partition(1)/Windows/System32/KDCOM.DLL
Windows could not start because of an error in the software. Please report this problem as:
Load needed dlls for kernel.
Running Windows XP Pro
Did have 128mb Ram
Put 256 in
It’s not my comp, HELP!! :o:)
Have you tried removing the added RAM to see if windows works again?
