when I try to log in to yahoo messenger it goes to the connection with the big smiley face and stays there…i have the latest version of messenger and I tried redownloading…please help
EDIT: Topic title made more specific. The more specific your topic the more people who can help will look at your problem.
try setting up your messenger to use proxy and see if it conects. if you need a proxy do a search on google. make sure u have a good proxy. try to find a socks proxy to use. you may have get your ip banned some how.
to set it up for proxys do this
launch messenger click on cancel then u should see where you put your name in click cancel on it then on the top of your messenger it says login click on it then proferences then connection use proxies then enable proxy and inter a good proxyAre you running a fire wall. If so give yahoo messenger access. Did you have this problem earlier or did it start all of a sudden. Some more information would be helpful
