How can I bypass ISA Server to connect IM

Does anybody know how to trick Miscrosoft ISA Server to allow my IM’s to connect, is there any port available that I may use to test it.
My current Proxy settings are IP: 165.197.137.104 Port: 8080

Try http://http-tunnel.com (or https://http-tunnel.com) – it works fabulously for me…
