MemberIt sounds to me like you’re on something like Windows 98, or a really older version of Yahoo! Messenger, back when it was still called Yahoo! Pager…

MemberIt doesn’t sound like Windows 98, it sounds like one of those error messages that Windows XP might give, you know those, “…..has encountered a problem and needs to close, we have generated an error report which you can send to Microsoft…” messages.
It might not be that, i’m just speculating, its hard to guess someones OS.

Memberactually, even though the NAME Y! Pager has gone the way of the Dodo Bird, many of the files still have the name on them. Liz, please give us some more specifics, like your OS and your version of Messenger, then we can give you more definitive answers. 🙂 Thanks.

MemberYes that is true, but whenever I get an error message from yahoo it says Yahoo! Messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close, ect. Never does it say Yahoo! Pager lol. I’ve never gotten a message like that on Windows XP (program.exe has generated errors and will be closed down by the system. you will need to restart the program). Looks like all we can do now is wait until Lizuganda comes back :p

MemberI get the same error message when I attempt to open the new version of Yahoo! Messenger. I used to run it with no problems, but now I have to run an earlier version. I also have the same problem with another program: Axialis Icon Workshop. Hope y’all can help
