How can I talk to people who have blocked me?

seatlle ur stuff dint work my pal blocked me to check ur method,but nuthin changed in the registry

Nope.

Contacts are a cachéd version of your contact list.
Allow is for your contacts which you *have not* blocked.
Block is for your contacts which you *have* blocked.
Reverse is for the people who have you as a contact.

That’s all the lists mean – you cannot find out who has you blocked from the registry.

That said, there are a couple ways to find out if a friend is blocking you. First, you can ask them. Since MSN Messenger uses an email address as the user ID, send them an email and ask them if they are blocking you. If they truly are your friend, they should tell ya.

If they aren’t really your friend, you might be able to “trick” them into finding out. Setup a new MSN Messenger account (they’re free) using a name that they won’t suspect is yours. Check your “real” MSN Messenger buddy list when you think they should be online. Make sure they aren’t in your list, the logout and log back in, this time with your new, “fake” MSN name. Then send them a message saying something like, “did you send me a message earlier?” Most people will reply, even if it’s just to say “no.” If they do reply, then you know that they really are online, and are blocking you.

But if someone really wants to block you, why would you want to chase after them anyway?
