ListCache , and here you will see NET Messenger Service and MSN Messenger Service. You can choose either one. When you choose, you will see on the right side Allow, Block, Contact, and Reverse. Allow is for the buddies that you allow them and you didn’t block them. Block is for the people who have blocked you, BUT if you have blocked them too, it’ll be the same, so if you have blocked the person, it’ll appear the same … Therefore, you shouldn’t have blocked any or at lease the person you are trying find out it whether he/she has blocked you or not. And the word Reverse is for the people who have blocked you and unblocked you later. So, you can find out if this person has blocked you and then unblocked you. It happens to you too. Meaning, if you have blocked a person and then unblocked, it will be the same. Let’s go back to our friends who have blocked us. When you go with your mouse and then right click, you see modify. By clicking on it, you open a window with lots of #s that I don’t wanna explain them here, but you will see the email address up at the corner.Nope.
Contacts are a cachéd version of your contact list.
Allow is for your contacts which you *have not* blocked.
Block is for your contacts which you *have* blocked.
Reverse is for the people who have you as a contact. That’s all the lists mean – you cannot find out who has you blocked from the registry.

MemberQuote:quote:Blocking users is a feature that allows you to prevent an annoying or harrassing person from bothering you. It’s not the sort of thing you want to disable or workaround, otherwise all the annoying and harrassing people would be working around it!That said, there are a couple ways to find out if a friend is blocking you. First, you can ask them. Since MSN Messenger uses an email address as the user ID, send them an email and ask them if they are blocking you. If they truly are your friend, they should tell ya.
If they aren’t really your friend, you might be able to “trick” them into finding out. Setup a new MSN Messenger account (they’re free) using a name that they won’t suspect is yours. Check your “real” MSN Messenger buddy list when you think they should be online. Make sure they aren’t in your list, the logout and log back in, this time with your new, “fake” MSN name. Then send them a message saying something like, “did you send me a message earlier?” Most people will reply, even if it’s just to say “no.” If they do reply, then you know that they really are online, and are blocking you.
But if someone really wants to block you, why would you want to chase after them anyway?
