I may do that, but as I said, I pulled the flash drive out and noticed a large increase in speed. Of course I still have to manually exit Yahoo before I shut down my system. Otherwise, it won’t end itself and the computer won’t shut down unless I end it manually.
Also, what is the catch of this sysclean being free? If it is free, can I expect it to actually be better than Macfee? Sounds too good to be true. What’s the catch? I would think that if it was that easy, then everyone would be using that and the antivirus companies would be out of business. In other words, if it was that easy, everyone would be doing it. Same with these info-mercials advertising that you can make say $200,000 a year just by sitting on your butt and having a website and getting money from the company. If it was that easy, everyone would be doing it. Right?
I ran that sysclean and it says it detected one trojan in a folder under “orif”, whatever that is, as well as a spyware called “spyware_trak_anytime” along with suspected adware and cookies. Then it says in my security center that Norton anti virus is says it is installed but the status is unknown, under virus protection. But I don’t think this matters since I can open Norton like normal still. Thanks for the little tip. Hard to believe it would be free and work good like this. Hopefully it rectified the entire problem.
