You mean in general an image in your computer? Use Adobe Photoshop. Or u mean to resize an image here at BBB?
If you don’t have Photoshop, which most people don’t, you can use MS Paint which comes standard on Windows. You open a picture in Paint, then go to Image–>Stretch/Skew and type in how much you want the photo to get smaller or larger.
colin, I didn’t know that about MSpaint.
Rusty, I’d recomend getting a better Image editing program. Paint as good accessories, but Even plain irfanview can beat it… in some ways.I use a free program called PrintKey (v5.0) to do the trick.
