How to delete SENT offline messages…

Hi,

This is an emergency!

I’ve sent some stupid offline messages in yahoo messeger to someone dear and if she sees it she’s gonna think that I’m a jerk or a stupid guy…and I want to make sure that she doesn’t see it!…please let me know if there is any way I can just not let her see those offline message I sent.

Is there ANY way at all?

I don’t think there’s any way to stop offline messages once you hit the Send button. My best advice is to email or call her and explain yourself.

Yeah probably…that’s the only way. But…if there was a way to delete the sent messages, it would have been swell.

Once the packet is sent to the server there is no way to delete it.
This does not mean that the person will actually get the offline pm
as Yahoo does like to drop packets from time to time. Hell I can’t
remember the last time I actually got an offline messages. lol
