How to disable a sound on AIM

I’m using AIM 5.5.3598. Everytime I get a chat invite I get the door sound (the same sound when someone signs on)..how do you disable that sound? I can’t seem to find out where.

yeah…and also the messenging sound…how do you get rid of that one too?

AIM 5.9: prefrences>expressions>IM sounds>do not play any sounds
AIM 5.5..:prefrences>IM/Chat>sounds>dont play sounds
