How-to: Export all archives to text files

Is there a way to export all archived messages to a single text file or text files? I’ve tried some programs and one must manually export each archive by date.

Again I am looking for a way that automatically does mass export of all archives .

For example, a tree view of archived messages looks like this

Archived messages

+ john_doe
– jane_doe
+ 2008-01-02
+ 2008-01-04
+ 2008-05-03

The export software lets you export each archive via date only. I am looking for one that would let you click on the name and have each date exported automatically without clicking each one.

It would be great if a program that did this was freeware, or a shareware program without limitations.
