I have just tryed to log into my msn account ume69_. it says that the service is unavalible. i cant log on2 the online messenger but my other account workes just fine. i need that account cause all my good msn contacts are on it. what can i do?

Can you log in to your hotmail account? You can get you contacts from hotmail addressbook and transfer them to your working account. If you can’t use webmessenger too, then I don’t think the problem is releated to your computer, there is something wrong with your account. Sure you did enter right password? Try to do password reset.
