ICQ start takes one Minute?!?

Hi, sorry for my bad english…
I had ICQ2003pro and all was ok. Then I installed ICQ 4 Lite with Xtraz and now the Startup for ICQ takes one minute. At my girlfriends PC it takes a few seconds. What can this mean? Can it be a virus? I dont find a virus. Can anyone help pls? I have WinXP

try uninstalling and reinstalling icq

I seriously doubt uninstalling and reinstalling will do any difference. I’ve faced the same problem before, even while using ICQ LITE 4.0. Now, with the 5.0(BETA) it looks as though they’re planning to fix such errors because it works very fast with me.
