Before I make my first post, I’d just wanted to give thumbs up to those who created this site. Pretty informative and well designed little site. I’ll be back and often and try to contribute when I can.
Well, as the thread title suggests, I’m looking for an AIM solution to help me continue my evil ways of socially chatting while at work:). I’ve researched all the 3rd party add-ons and even some of the 3rd party apps (looking at feature lists and screen shots), but I’ve yet to come across one that fully meets my needs. Basically, I’m looking for a way to stealth my chatting. The ideal feature set would be:
- tabbed IM windows
- custom notification (ex. no taskbar flashing, or flashing for only 5 secs), based on my limited research no app has listed this except trillian.
- tiny/slim skins available (I’m looking for something very slim (can be reszied to about 50-100 pixels in height) and very simplistic that can blend easiy with word/notepad/excel.)
- transparency
Any ideas?
There’s also Aimutation but it costs $2.95
