Is there my be a way or mybe a program where you can make you skins for Triillan it would be cool. And do any of you guys know of website that othere then the Trillian site that has skins for chance.
Check deviantart.com and Trillian Civilians for more Trillian skins.
The Civilians site has more info on how to create your own, but I’m not aware of any programs that will guide you through the process.

Like Jeff says, dA is the best alternative place for skins.
There is a program under development called the “skingen” edit 2: ok, the skingen WILL happen, soon or later. You can visit the author’s site from time to time to see if it’s ready (the site is down atm, should be back up soon).
Note that there is a technology called “/stixe” in Trillian Pro which allows you to just change the graphics rather than deal with lots of XML code. If you want help with this or with skinning in general if you’re adventerous, the best place to ask is the trillian skin dev forum. You can also find a tutorial on skinning from scratch here and some resources here.

Lol, what a brilliant piece of reasoning! Someone complains that the skinning support in trillian isn’t flexible enough, so you tell them to use a client that can’t be skinned at all! I think you may need to take a quick character test mate.
