Keep Getting Disconnected From AIM

Hi,

I am an advanced user and currently have AIM 5.5.3595 with AIMutation 1.3.2. Like clock work, I get kicked off (and automatically reconnected) every 15-30 minutes. Everything else on the Internet seems to still function. I have tried uninstalling and dropping down to AIM 5.2, but that was almost worse. I cannot upgrade past 5.5 because AIMutation isn’t “compatible” with newer versions. I have run a full virus and spyware scan, reset my cable modem and router, checked any possible port fowarding… but it still kicks me. I do not use DHCP (everything is static here at my house, networked by me). Any other suggestions to this annoying problem?
