Sure, it’s part of the Livestrong AIM Expression, which unfortunately doesn’t work with AIM 5.9.
I did manage to track down two Livestrong buddy icons, which you can find at HisBuddyIcons.com, here’s the first one and here’s the other one.
have you tried searching various site such as badassbuddy.com originalicons.com ballericons.com or even search google for “livestrong aim buddy icons”
