Logging IP addresses - BigBlueBall

Last year, one of my friends had a subprofile (or another brand or type of profile) that logged a users IP address when they viewed it. Does anyone know anything that will do that now? I have been looking, but to no avail. thanks

Head to imchaos.com and check out their “simple list”. This logs the IP of users who click on a link in your info. I believe that their sub profile feature also logs IP addresses, but I’ve never used (and I got sidetracked while going to look…finally someone implimented the pic-in-profile bit! ;)) it so don’t bet your life on it.

you can use there thing (imchaos.com) but u can get ur own ip snatchers to. (though i dont no y you would want one) If u get one dont download them from lil aim sites or warez sites, there mainly all viruses and backdoors. you would want an actuall one used for monitoring networks and so forth that arnt put together by ppl tryin to get kicks out of messin up ur computer. Also if imchaos does have that feature then they also no the ppls ip so if u trust them and dont feel like gettin one urself then go ahead. if u want one for urself u can get many free, good ones at webattack.com

I no talking about hacking and so forth isnt allowed on this site but thats a big reason ppl want ips, so be careful what u use them for.

Thanks alot…

And just so you all know, I am not using it for hacking… There has been someone harassing my gf, and i think i know who it is, but i want to get the IP’s of the 2 screen names to see if its the same person, thats all.

IP’s have a range, and IP’s may not be anywhere close to each other if it’s a dial up on a diffrent session. You would have to get it at the same time to see if it was the same person.
