MemberMaybe they can fix all this stupid **** wrong with Yahoo that pisses us off on a daily basis. If that’s the case then they can stay down for days, as long as some stuff gets fixed.

MemberOK, it kind of went like this. At around 9:40 I got a message that the servers would be shutting down in 15 mins. At 10:05, I got that same message (15 minutes). I was never booted. However, webcams weren’t connecting for a while and the chats were really empty. So I wonder if it was only a certain number of people.

MemberYeah, I got it several times (the minutes did not change). It did not kick me off except I did notice about an hour after the so-called maintainence began, that I signed on without signing off. It seemed strange…

MemberYahoo did do some cleaning, patching and general work if you noticed all third party chat programs will have to be updated and some of the booters will be halted for a short time as Yahoo change the servers for logins .So if you Use a 3rd party chat you will have to update for it to log you on to yahoo .

MemberThey chose that time, so that more than 50% of users would not be affected.
