Since the 29th on March I have not been able to login in messenger because it doesn’t recognize the password. Not only that, when I try the option “forgot my password” it doesnt accept the fact the I am in United Kingodom and tells me that the info is incorrect. I also cannot contact them and have a new password sent to my mail because, again, there is one -or more – of the field I fill that it is/are wrong (so they say) and I have no way to know which one. I have tried different post codes, as I have changed home twice and I dont remember where I was living at the time. I have tried different length of my surname, in case I didn’t put it all when I registered.
Is there any other way to contact MSN directly? I want my ID back 🙁 I feel strange using a new one 🙁
