Interesting question. Do you mean like have the MPEG movie stream through your webcam so that people who view it can watch it? I’m really not sure, but I don’t think that’s possible. I know you can set audio to play directly from your soundcard to a friend, (instead of mic + music to friend), but with video, I have no clue.:o
The ghetto way to do it would be to play the video full screen and put your cam on, and face it towards your computer screen. If you have a fast connection, and your friend does too, it will stream, of course it will be the quality of a bootleg movie.:p
