I Have Windows ME and i try to install msn messenger 6.0. But i get two messages “Msn messeger setup has failed with error code: “1603”. Please go to the MSN messenger website and sowland the software from there.” and “unknown/installer/upgradecodes/BBC7D63AD5782E84EB178662D820A2. Verify that you have surficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.” so if anyone could help or have any “?”‘s to ask me write back 🙂

although the trick didnt work for everyone but you can try itCoolguyj2 thanks for the tip, but i have already have seen that. But for some reason i didn’t have it on my computer. So i looked on my other hard drive and found it. So i copied it to a disk and transfered it to my other hard drive the one im having trouble install msn on. But i still get the same messages that i did before. Plus i did all the “steps” that was on the other forum.
I don’t know if this will help but when i install i get the messages when it is installer and the “status:Publishing Product Info.”
if u still facing this problem…plz remove all MSN related file from ur system and try to downlaod MSN 6 again from microsoft site..
i hope u`ll get a good result…Thanks but how do i find all the files. I know i can find them by going to search but when what do i do?
