MSN FAQ Updates

Ok team members, we need to update our FAQ!

Here is how I’d like it done. This topic is solely for posting questions and answers. If you see a something you think should be included in our MSN FAQ, post the question and answer here. That’s it, nothing else. From this, I’ll move them over to the FAQ as they come in. Over time, keep an eye out for popular questions, and post them over here, I’ll then add them to the FAQ again.

Do your best to make sure the information is accurate. I’ll try to double check everything as well. If you have any questions, send me a PM, email or IM! Hopefully this is straight-forward enough to make sense.

Please try to follow the same format as the rest of the FAQ – Bold Question, and normal text answer below. Thanks!

Also, please don’t post anything but the question and answer in one post as I am moving these mosts over to the actual FAQ thread as is, so if you have questions or comments, post them seperately!

If any other teams are wondering how I am accomplishing this (and wish to copy) – here is the procedure:
UPDATED – this is way freakin easier now!

1. Check the posts to move so they are highlighted.
2. In the Moderation menu at the bottom of the thread choose Move Posts.
3. Select the ‘Move to Existing Post’ area and paste in the URL of your public FAQ thread.
4. Click Move and you’re Done!
