i have the same problem as everyone else except that i disabled the firewall downloaded it several times and still ..nothing:([
it wont sign in…im using winXPI had this problem with one account, but used another account and it signed in fine. Then this morning, I tried my primary account (the one that I couldn’t connect with). It failed the first time, so I selected “To sign in with a different account, click here” and reentered both my email address and my password. It worked!
Don’t ask me why, but it worked. So try another account, and also try retyping both your email address and the password in the .NET Messenger Service login screen and see if that helps.
