(EDIT) That didn’t work :(. Just go to http://www.mess.be and click on the MSN 6 emoticon list it’ll have an image with all of them on it :).

I just downloaded this MSN 6 and I have been enjoing it so far. But I do have a few questions:
Smileys. I went where the custom smileys were and their were some neat ones that are not in teh normal smiley card. Their was for instance one called Praying and another called Ouch. I treid to save it in teh custom smiley section but it did not come out right. How can I get it to work?
I read some where that I can change the names of the people in my MSN list But was unable to figure out how to do that as well.

1. Go to Tools -> Create Emoticons…
2. Choose Add…
3. Choose Find Image… and navigate to the desired image you wish to use on your hard drive.
4. Enter a keyboard shortcut to call up the custom emoticon when you are messaging your friends.
5. Give the emoticon a name (optional)

1. Download Messenger Plus (a free add-on) and install (uncheck the box to keep out the adware)
2. open MSN Messenger, go to the Plus menu -> Preferences -> Contact List -> Custom Names

Yea I ended up downloading the MSN plus adn have been enjoying it. But when I saved the animated smileys that I was talking about, such as the “praying” and “ouch” one it comes out weird. They don’t move and look very different?? Oh well I guess I just got to keep messing with it and see what happens.

kamran – If you send a contact an image file, (jpg or gif) they will see a small thumbnail of the image as it is being transferred.
