MSN Messenger 7.5.0244 will not sign me in, now and its now none beta
UPDATE THE NONE BETA DONT WORK AND ITS NO LONGER BETA . I THORT THE MSN Messenger 7.5.0299 final released! WOOD WORK like most of u said wait till the new msn beta is out so i did got some prob
it will not sign me in this new msn 7.5 it just will not sign in it trys but dont evan, come up with a error just trys to sign in forever .works ok with 0162 version .but just not with MSN Messenger 7.5.0244 the icon sign in just spins but never gos online. i have windows xp sv pack 1 a 2. amd xp 3000.Does this happen since u installed the new msn? You havent been able to log in at all?
Do you get any specific error code?nope. what i do is just go back to msn messenger beta 7.5 (buld.50162 . works fine and sign s me in ok . just not MSN Messenger 7.5.0244 will not sign me in at all with no error boxis .just says msn mite be out of order. but its not.
Please note that MSN Messenger 7.5.0244 is a beta that is only to be used by official beta testers. Any official help on this beta msn messenger will not really be supported here. You should know that beta’s are inclined to have bugs in them. I suggest you move back to the official release that is out now and wait for the next finalized MSN Messenger.

At the moment I’d suggest you to uninstall msn totally via the registry and then reinstall it. Have a look at this topic for uninstalling instructions through the registry, reinstall, and let us know if you can sign in then.
i faced the same problem and i unstall it and deleted everyting from the registry then i reinstall it and it work wonderful …. try it!!!

thares one file in thare default left over do you think thats the prob . is it ok to delete it. thank you.It wont log me in either, i downloaded MSN 7.5 and it just says that the service is too busy, and i’ve tried all day, so I deleted it and downloaded it again, and it still wont work, It has my picture that i have for my display picture up when i try to sign in though, so i dont know what’s happening, any ideas? thanks x

I just comes up with this message all the time, i took a screen shot of it [sorry if it is huge] it just comes up with the service is too busy all the time, but when i go on msn 7.0 on my other computer MSN is working fine :
Usually in this case the best advice is to wait for a little while and try again later, but you can also try this:
See if your proxy settings are correct: click “Tools” and then “options” at your MSN Messenger main window. In the options screen click “Connection” in the list to the left. Next, click the “Advanced Settings” button. If you don’t use a proxy server, try unchecking all the boxes except the TCP one and see if you can connect now. You might have to close and start Messenger again before retrying to connect.
Alternatively, you can use the Server X program to try to connect. Let us know how did it go, cheers.
