ParticipantHave you ever tried logging your .NET passport in on an older version of MSN? How about a different computer? Try that and tell us how it works out.

MemberI see you having problems with your sign in….
Have you downloaded MSN 6.0 (ME)… because there are different kinds of MSN 6.0… because Microsoft got E-MAils about MSN Problems so they Relased MSN 6.0 (xp) MSN 6.0 (me) and MSN 6.0 (pro)…July 19, 2003 at 4:15 pm #60614coolguyj2
MemberWell the problem is more on MSN service rather than OS…. MSN 6 requires a faster connection to sign in… I mean if u r using too much bandwidth say downloading and stuff, then MSN 6 cannot effictively communicate with the server… I know it sounds crazy but I have tried and tested it… when I am using KaZaa or any download is going on, then MSN 6 fails to sign me in 90% of the time and if I stop the downloads then it connects me in seconds…. So for slow connections it may pose a problem…

Not totally true. I’m on a 28.8 dial-up at home and it connects fine and stays connected while I’m browsing and downloading. On the other hand, it won’t even connect for me at work on DSL. I’ve tried the registery hack, uninstalling and reinstalling, reinstalling IE, and for the life of me it will not connect.

MemberDo not visit that site! Xupiter.com attempts to install some weird program on your computer. Go to ‘Control Panel’, ‘Add/remove software’ and see if you find something with ‘Xupiter’ in the name. Seek & destroy. 🙂
