MSNhandwriting isn’t working

Whenever I try to install MSN-handwriting, I never see the tabs. Even after I restart messenger and restart msgplus, I don’t see the tabs. What’s wrong?

Oh yeah, and I have windows XP.

is this the plugin for msgplus??

becuase if it is, firstly do you have messenger plus? secondly, is messenger closed when you try to install it?

Yep. I’ve got MsgPlus, and I’ve tried installing it while MSN messenger is not open.
