I am thinking about switching to a Mac and was wondering if there was any software that would work with the AIM Mac version to run multiple instances of AIM? I have it for my Dell and would hate to lose this feature. And no, I’m not interested in running Windows on my Mac, that defeats the whole purpose in switching as far as I’m concerned!

Doubtful. Probably best to use Pidgin if you want multiple IDs logged in at once.

Nope, I mean Pidgin and there is a Mac version of it and it does support multiple IDs.

Yep, Pidgin does that quite nicely. I believe Adium does the same thing.

Take your pick. Adium is more updated for OSX, but it’s based off Pidgin. =P Try Adium and see what happens.

since you’re talking about AIM with a Yahoo messenger clone title i think this thread should be posted in the AIM section were you would get a better response.
