my friend bought a used pc at a second hand store..windows 98 and when he got it home on the internet it wouldnt stay at the home page and kept changing to a poker home page.theres sites in his favorites that keep coming back after there deleted..some names of them are…free spy cam..get this 4 free.free hidden cams world..he run spy sweeper and it took lots of things off but said it couldnt take off c:programefilesinstantaccesscentre..it said to do it manually but we dont know how.these things were already on his pc and he tried several times changing his home page and deleting his favorites but they keep coming back and his home page keeps changing too

Hmm, seems you got an adware.
Try Ad Aware http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10319876.html?tag=lst-0-2
You may have to run it twice or reboot computer for seviorly infected system.
If that can’t remove that adware/spyware ask someone who knows computer well to remove it menually.

I’d also scan with Spybot S&D, in addition to the above, as it picks up things which Ad-Aware SE does not. Ad-Aware also picks up things which Spybot does not.
