the “show what i am listening to” for msn 7.0 is not working for me. i was showing what i was listening to before but now all of a sudden it’s not showing anything!! i am using msn messenger 7.0.0813 along with windows player version 10. I do have it checked up top on my msn messenger to “Turn On What I Am Listening To.” I completly uninstalled my messenger reinstalled then rebooted mycomputer and it still won’t show what i am listening to. like i said, it worked fine before. so how can i fix this and what or what did i do wrong?
In Windows Media Player, go to Tools > Plugins, and check that MSN Messenger Music Plugin is checked.

holy mother…that totally worked…too bad I didnt find your post till after I posted about this same thing. Oh well, I’m good. lol…thanks ALOT!
the plugins are checked and i have set everything up right but it still wont show what im listening to! any ideas?
Hello and welcome to BBB! If you are listening to your music through Windows Media Player then all you should need to do is make sure the drop down box is selected for “Show What I’m Listening To”. If you are using another media player, there may be plugins required to show it.
Can you give us a little info on what version of WLM and what media player you are using?
