Look what’s here! Could it possibly be the first advertising/ bot utility that’s compatible with Yahoo! Messenger 10? Perhaps so.
This utility is probaly one of my favourite developed applications so far, if not, definitely second! It doesn’t require any login details (Yahoo! ID and Password) or proxy setup, which is pretty unique, but anyway, let’s get into detail!
MyAd Broadcaster is a utility for Yahoo! Messenger (10+) to advertise in
Yahoo! Chat Rooms. MyAd Broadcaster does not require any Yahoo! ID/
Password or proxy settings to be used. However, you do need Yahoo!
Messenger to be installed and you must be in a Chat Room for MyAd
Broadcaster to function. MyAd Broadcaster has the ability to store up to
Thousands of Ad Messages that you can create and send to Chat Users.
There is features that allows you to meet your perfect setup so it will run
the way you want it to run, with features likeSend Ad every * seconds/ minutes and hours
Send Ad if Chat Users is Less/ More than *
Send Ad in Random or Top to Bottom order
Stop sending Ads when reached *
Auto switch Rooms every * seconds/ minutes and hours
Auto switch Rooms in Random or Top to Bottom orderNote: This is a beta release. There will be bugs/ issues but the idea of this release is for you to find them, report them to me and I’ll fix them!
Main
This is the main view of the application were you can control it’s functions and view the statistics of your Advertising progession.
Ads/ Messages
This is were you can Create/ Modify or Delete your own Ads/ Messages that will be sent to the Chat Room.
Room list
This is were you can Add or Delete Yahoo! Chat Rooms so you can switch Chat Rooms during Advertising.
Settings
This is were you can alter the settings so the application will work the way you want it to work.

CAPTCHA notice
When the application switches Chat Rooms, the application will pause and wait for you to enter the CAPTCHA of the new room and will then resume.

I don’t like it personally, but it is YH related and appears to be free, so it doesn’t meet my “typical” definition of spam. It’s also a member who has been around and just likes to promote the apps he makes.
My issue is that he is promoting an easy way for people to spam others. On principle I have a problem with that.
